Rulebook posted online

Well sortof, there is a 512 char limit so I had to strip out the formatting and all end of round type rules. The url is listed under the links section here on the blog.

At this point I think it is safe to say that everyone who has wanted to read our crazy rulebook has had the opportunity to do so.
