Proposal: change the handicap Under Scrutiny

Change the handicap Under Scrutiny from its current wording of:

The opposing team may not Foul or use players equipped with Secret Weapons or Cyberware for this match. A player may play, but not bring on their Secret Weapon.

To:

If the opposing team fouls or fields players equipped with Secret Weapons or Cyberware for this match, when checking for ejection, those players are automatically ejected, even if Get the Ref was rolled on the kickoff.

Reason:

Rather then preventing someone from taking an action at all, this just makes the punishment quite severe.

Since they are automatically ejected with no arguing, the odds of these players getting fined increases as well.
