Rule proposal
Our handicap table was adjusted on the low end to 1-15 no roll, 16-30 1 roll, 31-50 2 rolls.
I propose that the chart be adjusted back to the original 1-10 no roll, 11-25 1 roll, 26-50 2 rolls.

1. I beleive that there was no need for this change in the first place.
2. Only one owner really advocated for it, and it was enacted out of a fear of Virus, before the handicap table was modified.
3. In an attempt to recruit new blood, I'd like to change this detail as it would be one less thing to explain.
4. It will help underdog teams.
